Use and maintenance
• Lay loosely over crops or stretch – This insect netting can be laid directly over the crop and secured or pinned to the sides. For long-term use, a tunnel construction is recommended to prevent pressure on the foliage.
• Cover immediately after sowing or planting – Provide long-term protection and observe crop rotation to prevent re-contamination from the soil.
• Check regularly – Although the mesh allows precipitation to pass through, it can partially retain moisture. Therefore, check the soil moisture during dry periods.
• Longer life – Clean, dry and store in the fall to ensure years of reuse.
