Placing an order
- You can add various items to your shopping cart through our webshop (choose a product and click "Add to cart"). Once you're satisfied with your selection, go to your shopping cart and select "Checkout."
- You'll be redirected to a page where you can enter your contact, billing, and delivery information. Once you've filled everything out, you'll receive an overview of your order.
- Once you've filled in everything correctly and checked it, select one of the available payment methods. Once you've made your choice, click "Pay now" and you'll be redirected to our payment environment, managed by Mollie, our payment partner. Here you can enter your payment information depending on your chosen payment method.
- If everything went smoothly, Mollie will return you to our webshop. You'll then see an order confirmation.
- You will then also receive a confirmation and overview of your order and payment by email.

Plukkers.com works with various recognized courier services for the delivery of orders.
The delivery address is the address you provided when placing your order. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility and may result in additional charges. Please check this carefully!
Made a mistake? If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can still change the address. To do so, please email support@plukkers.com and clearly state your customer information and order number so we can help you quickly.
You will also receive a track & trace number with your confirmation email to track the delivery status of your order.
Our products will be delivered, to the extent possible, within the timeframe specified in your individual order confirmation. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and in any case no later than 30 days after placing your order.
If you haven't received your order within 30 days, you must notify us in writing. You can do this by contacting customer service via the website. We will then contact you to agree on an additional delivery period. If we are still unable to deliver your order within this additional period, you have the right to cancel your order. We will then refund all costs you have already paid, including any standard shipping costs.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, for example when it is not possible to deliver all products in your order at the same time.
The risk of the product passes to you at the moment you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier (for example a neighbour), takes physical possession of the products.
Returning Products
When purchasing products through our website, you have the option to cancel your order up to 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order.
Please note: The following products cannot be returned:
- Goods that are manufactured to customer specifications or clearly intended for a specific person (for example, custom-made products such as custom-cut mesh, cloth, nets, greenhouses, conservatories and foil tunnels).
- Goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, such as plants, flowers, trees, seed potatoes, flower bulbs, seeds, vines, sprouts, flour and meal, packages with ingredients for bread or kombucha, tea, sugar and other foodstuffs.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which after delivery are irreversibly mixed with other products due to their nature.
- Digital products such as online courses, e-books, white papers, webinars and online training courses, when the customer has expressly agreed to immediate execution of the agreement prior to delivery and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal.
How do you return a product?
- If you choose to return your products, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. You can easily do this via the contact page on our website.
- You then return the products to us within 14 days of your return notification. The products must be neatly and securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
- We inspect the returned products. Any diminished value resulting from your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., stains, tears, scratches, damage, etc.) will be charged.
Example: You can try on a pair of dungarees to check the size, but you're not allowed to wear them for gardening. If you return the dungarees with mud stains, we won't accept them, and you won't receive a refund. - Once we've received and inspected the returned products, we'll refund you. We aim to do this within 14 days of receiving all products, or after you've provided proof of shipment (e.g., via Track & Trace), whichever is sooner. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
