Green celery can tolerate a few degrees of frost (max -3°C), but it is best to protect it with fleece if night frost is forecast.
Tip:
Before you put the plants in the ground, put them in a bowl of water for a while, so that the pressing block absorbs water. This way they will root faster and better in your soil.
