The Eremorange is a prickly citrus tree, a spontaneous cross between an orange and a wild lemon from Australia. This self-pollinating citrus tree grows to a height of 2-3 meters in the ground, but can also be grown in a pot where it remains smaller. The tree is tolerant of dry conditions and can tolerate temperatures of -12°C and lower when dormant.

The fruit is unique; the flesh consists of spheres, which is why this variety is also called caviar lime. This citrus has a subtle, unique flavor and is ideal for use in dishes or drinks. The Eremorange loves full sun and does not tolerate wet feet.
