Cultivation method :

Harvesting and storing : celeriac can be harvested before it has reached its full size. It is best to wait until the first frost, as some of the bitterness will then be converted into sugar. Use a spading fork for harvesting. Shake as much soil from the roots as possible and remove 2 cm of the plant.
