FOR THE CORRECT CLEANING AND STERILIZATION OF BOTTLES
Packing:
 Pour 1/4 liter of wine (of what will be bottled) into the container.
 Insert the nozzle into the neck of the bottle and press with a quick stroke
 The spraying makes it possible to remove all residues (limestone, dust, etc. …)
 Sterilization:
To perform this operation, a solution of water and bisulfite must be used instead of wine.
