Mulberry (Morus rotundiloba ‘Mojo Berry’) - 2-litre pot

The Mojo Berry is a dwarf mulberry that is very suitable for growing in a pot, allowing you to enjoy delicious mulberries all season long. This mulberry produces fruit on both old and new wood, resulting in fruit throughout the entire season. This mulberry is somewhat sensitive to frost when kept in a pot, so place it in a sheltered spot during the winter.

• Planting: September to March (not during frost); planting after this is possible, but keep in mind that you will need to provide extra water during warm weather as the roots are not yet well established.
• Pruning: Mulberries do not require much pruning but tolerate it very well. Pruning can be done in June/July or in the autumn once the leaves have fallen from the tree.
• Open ground or pots: You can grow all small fruits in pots; the larger the pot, the better they will perform. They will always grow better and produce more fruit in open ground.
