Buddha's hand - Citrus medica - 4 liter pot
The Buddha's hand (Citrus medica) is a unique citrus variety. Due to its strange shape, the fruit looks a bit like a hand. The fruits have no pulp and therefore no juice, but they are very aromatic. You can therefore make great use of the peel by grating it over or into dishes.
