Vanessa is an early-mid ripening, seedless pink grape with a sweet, fruity flavour and a wonderfully crisp bite. The compact clusters with medium-sized, elongated berries make this grape an absolute top choice for the garden. Easy to harvest and ready to eat fresh. No seeds, lots of flavour.

Tips and care:

• Planting: plant in spring or autumn in a sunny, sheltered spot in compost-rich, well-draining soil. Leave enough space around the plant for good air circulation.
• Support: train the grapevine along a pergola, wall, or fence. The plant grows vigorously and requires sturdy support for the best results.
• Pruning: in late January, prune the plant into the desired shape above the buds. In late summer, remove leaves around the clusters for better ripening and larger fruit.
• Feeding: fertilise in spring with organic fruit fertiliser. An extra dose in May stimulates cluster formation and fruit development.
• Watering: water regularly during the growing season, especially in dry periods. Avoid waterlogging at the roots.

TIP: Seedless grapes are ideal for children and perfect for salads, snacking, or on a cheese board. For the best harvest, plant Vanessa preferably against a south-facing wall for maximum warmth and sun!
