Dwarf Raspberry 'Ruby Beauty' – 3-litre pot

Ruby Beauty is a short, compact-growing summer raspberry with a high yield. The fruits are dark red, large, and firm with a sweet flavor and are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. The plant grows to 70-100 cm in height, making it the perfect raspberry for container gardening on a balcony or patio. 

The raspberries are ready to pick in June-July. A generous harvest that you can eat straight from the bush or use in jams, desserts, or smoothies.

Tips and care:

• Planting: plant the shrubs from September to March. If planting later in the season, keep in mind that you will need to provide extra water during warm weather, as the roots are not yet well established.
• Pruning: prune after the harvest in July or in winter. Remove the thin shoots and keep 6 to 8 thick shoots. Tie them up if necessary.
• Open ground or pots: you can grow all small fruits in pots; the larger the pot, the better they will do. They will always grow better and produce more fruit in open ground.

TIP: Protect the raspberries as they ripen with a fine net against birds, who are just as fond of them as you are!
