Raspberry Rubus idaeus ‘Enrosadira’® - 2 litre pot

The Raspberry Rubus idaeus ‘Enrosadira’® is an absolute top performer among raspberries. What makes this variety so special is that it flowers twice in the same year, allowing you to harvest twice! The first harvest comes from the old canes starting as early as June. The second harvest appears on the new shoots starting in August. This raspberry produces an abundance of large, flavorful fruit.

Plant the shrub in autumn or early spring in compost-rich, well-drained soil. Ensure sufficient space around the plant (about 1 metre) for optimal growth.

• Nutrition: for a rich harvest, regular fertilization is important. Preferably use an organic fertilizer for berries.
• Support: guide the canes along a wire, trellis, or fence. The shrub becomes robust and needs support for a good harvest.
• Spreading: raspberries tend to produce new root suckers. Dig up the new shoots annually or install a root barrier if this becomes an issue.
