Rhubarb tuber ('Rheum rhabarbarum 'Ruby Jack') - 1 bare root tuber
'Ruby Jack' rhubarb is a striking variety known for its deep red, juicy stalks and balanced sweet-tart flavor. Compared to other varieties, it's less fibrous and retains its beautiful red color when cooked, making it ideal for compotes, pies, and jams.
'Ruby Jack' is a vigorous grower with a high yield and can be harvested from late spring into summer. It thrives in a sunny location in well-drained soil and is also very winter-hardy, allowing it to reseed itself every year.

Tips and care:
- Planting: November to March
- Pruning : In autumn, remove flower stems and old or damaged leaves to promote healthy, succulent stems in spring.
- Open ground or pots: You can grow rhubarb in pots; the larger the pot, the better it will do. It will always grow better and produce more stalks in the open ground.
