Make your own delicious jam, jelly or marmalade with little or no sugar.
JamMaker 1 contains 120g of gelling powder. This is equivalent to 8 portions of 15g, each containing 1kg of fruit or 750ml of juice (for jelly).
Sweeteners can be added to taste.
Instructions for use :
- Cook the fruit until soft.
- Then add the JamMaker 1 to the fruit while stirring.
- Stir well to avoid lumps.
- Let the mixture boil for 1 minute.
- Pour the jam into the preheated jam jars.
- Label each jar.
