The temperature can be set from 35°C to 75°C, in 5°C increments. The extra quiet motor creates a horizontal air flow, so the trays do not need to be turned. The appliance is equipped with 10 stainless steel grids of 395x380 mm, which are evenly distributed and easy to remove and clean.
