Growing cap or lid for trays made of soft plastic
These growing covers create an optimal environment for growing your seedlings in trays. If you use your trays for cuttings, these covers are practically indispensable. They provide a stable growing space by reducing evaporation, warming the soil faster, and significantly increasing germination and cutting rates. They also protect your seeds from mice in early spring.

Available in 2 heights:

• 5 cm : Suitable for crops such as lettuce, cabbage and other leafy vegetables.
• 10 cm : Ideal for leafy, leguminous and fruit crops such as peppers, paprika, tomatoes and pumpkins.

The growth caps are specially designed for our hard trays, but also fit deep-root trays and soft trays. A stand is recommended for soft trays to ensure the cap is level. Without a stand, the cap may be slightly tilted, but this isn't a problem. A stand isn't necessary for hard and deep-root trays.
