This set contains 20 sweet plants, divided over four different sweet potato varieties: Beauregard, Bellevue, Bonita and Sakura (5 pieces per variety). Each variety has its own color, taste and structure, which makes this mix ideal for those who want to experiment with different applications in the kitchen or want to compare yield and growth.
Planting out can start in mid-May, as soon as the risk of night frost has passed. Choose a warm, sunny spot with loose, well-drained soil. Leave enough space between the plants (about 30–40 cm) so that they can develop well. Regular watering is important, especially in dry weather, but avoid wet feet. Keeping weed-free promotes healthy growth. East just before the first frost.
