Liquid solution for yeast nutrition, oxidation prevention and suppression of unwanted microorganisms in the grape, mash, must and young wine stage.

Sulfo Hubert contains 620 grams of Ammonium bisulfite (NH4HSO3) per liter. This results in 400 grams/liter of sulfur (SO2) and 112 grams/liter of Ammonium (NH4).

Dosage on must: 5 to 15 ml per 100 litres. Dosage depending on the quality of the fruit and the SO2 tolerance of your chosen yeast.

Used ONLY on must (before fermentation), NOT on wine (after fermentation). Sulfo Hubert also contains nitrogen yeast nutrient (NH4).
