Thanks to the elastic edge, the cloth is easy to attach to the basket. The linen cloth can simply be machine washed after use, allowing you to work hygienically every time and keeping your basket in top condition.

How to use the linen cloth:

  1. Simply attach the linen cloth to the proofing basket using the elastic edge.
  2. Place the dough into the lined basket.
  3. After proofing, turn the basket over; the dough will come out easily without sticking thanks to the cloth. This keeps your proofing basket clean and makes the dough easy to handle!
