Linen cloth for proofing basket oval 30x15cm

A linen cloth specially designed for the Rising Basket Reed Oval 30 x 15 cm. The cloth ensures that the dough does not stick to the basket and helps to keep the basket clean. Thanks to the elastic edge, the cloth is easy to attach to the basket. The linen cloth can simply be washed in the washing machine after use, so that you can work hygienically every time and your basket remains in top condition.

Use linen cloth:

  1. Simply attach the linen cloth to the proofing basket using the elastic edge.
  2. Place the dough in the cloth-lined basket.
  3. After rising, turn the basket over; the dough will come off easily without sticking thanks to the cloth. This way your rising basket stays clean and the dough is easy to handle!
