Kit contents (suitable for 6 pizza bases):
1 kg pizza flour - Wildfarmed
This flour has a high protein content and a strong gluten structure, making the dough easy to shape and helping it develop that characteristic crispy crust and airy crumb when baked.
1 kg Semolina
By sprinkling a little semolina on your work surface or pizza peel, you prevent the dough from sticking. It also adds a fine, slightly crunchy texture to the bottom of your pizza.
125 g dry yeast – Bruggeman Instant
Dry yeast that is long-lasting and easy to portion. Just a little bit goes a long way.
500 grams baker's salt
Fine salt that distributes evenly through your dough and optimizes rising.
