Sowing instructions:
Scabiosa, also known as pigeonweed, is a light germinator that does not require a covering of soil. Place the seeds, which look like small badminton feathers, superficially on the soil and press them down gently. Make sure to keep the soil moist, but not too wet. You can choose to pre-sow the seeds in pots or seed trays, or sow them directly in the open ground. Under ideal conditions, Scabiosa seeds usually germinate within 7 to 10 days.
