Sambucus nigra 'Eva' is a beautiful elderberry variety with deeply incised, dark purple leaves that are green when they first emerge. The combination of the dark leaves and the beautiful pink flower buds make this plant an eye-catcher in your garden. The flowers later develop into elderberries that are good to use in dishes such as syrup or jam.
