This wholemeal spelt flour has no additives and retains the natural nutritional values of spelt, ideal for making nutritious and tasty breads and pastries.
About Molen de Hoop:
Molen de Hoop is a historic windmill from 1850 in the Netherlands, built by HB Meyer and later taken over by the Pijnappel family. Since September 2014, the mill has been managed by Frits and Maaike Botter. Frits keeps the administration and runs the mill, while Maaike runs the groats. Together they ensure that the mill remains in top condition.
