Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6-7)
  2. Peel the garlic and cut the cloves in half.
  3. Prepare the marinade by mixing oil, garlic powder, paprika powder and salt.
  4. Wash and peel the potatoes , cut them into 1 cm thick slices. Arrange them in a casserole dish and pour the marinade on top. Mix everything well with your hands.
  5. Place the dish in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring the potatoes occasionally.
