250 g white cabbage
100 g
carrots
1 sour apple
25 g currants
Dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
salt,
pepper
Recipe
- Soak the currants in lukewarm water.
- Remove the cabbage stem and outer leaves, then chop or grate the cabbage very finely
- Peel and grate the carrots and apples.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, add the cabbage, carrots and fruit. Mix everything well. Cover and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least half an hour before serving.
