Bruggeman Yeast Instant 125g is a natural, living yeast in dry form. It is easy to dose, has a long shelf life, and after opening, if properly sealed, it will remain good for about three months.
When using instant yeast, it is useful to know that it is three times as powerful as fresh yeast. Therefore, pay close attention to whether your recipe mentions fresh or dry yeast. For bread, use approximately 1.5 grams of dry yeast per 100 grams of flour. Bruggeman Yeast Instant 125g is ideal for the home baker who regularly gets to work.
