Organically certified seed potato Vitanoire

Vitanoire is a purple-fleshed seed potato that stands out due to its unique colour and exceptional flavour. This early, firm-boiling potato has an oval shape and produces an average yield. Vitanoire has excellent resistance to Phytophthora. The potato is particularly suitable for processing into fries, where the excellent texture ensures a crispy exterior and soft interior. Please note: the skin colour can fade if left to ripen for too long, so harvest in time for the best quality.
