Bio Ditta is a mid-early, robust potato variety from Austria, developed from a cross with the classic Bintje. This firm-boiling variety is known for its smooth, yellow skin, long-oval tubers and aromatic, balanced flavour. Perfectly suited for salads and other dishes where a firm texture is desired.
For optimal storage: let the foliage die off completely, so that the tubers remain fresh for a long time. A reliable choice for lovers of tasty and versatile potatoes!
