Rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis) BIO

Rosmarinus officinalis, better known as Rosemary, is an organically grown, aromatic herb with a strong, Mediterranean flavour. Ideal for seasoning meat, potatoes, bread and sauces. The plant has narrow, dark green needle-like leaves and blooms in spring and summer with light blue flowers that attract bees and butterflies. Rosemary likes a sunny location and well-drained, dry soil. The plant is semi-hardy and reaches a height of approximately 80 cm.
