Deze acaciahoning heeft een lichte, bijna doorzichtige kleur en een vloeibare, gladde consistentie. Dankzij het hogere fructosegehalte blijft ze ook langer vloeibaar dan andere honingsoorten. De smaak is zacht en neutraal.
Gebruik acaciahoning in je bakrecepten. Vervang suiker door honing voor extra smaak en een zachtere kruim, of zoet je dressing of marinade ermee af. Een veelzijdig en biologisch ingrediënt dat in elke keuken thuishoort.
Kristalliseert de honing toch? Zet de fles in handwarm water tot ze weer vloeibaar wordt.
