Fermentation pot for fermenting vegetables. This set contains: a 1.7 liter pot, a plastic pressure plate, a spring for pressing, an airlock and a thermometer strip.
Fill the jar with finely grated vegetables and salt or brine, place the plate and spring on top and press everything down well. After use, wash the jar thoroughly and rinse well.
