Sprout dish sprout vegetables

Organic sprouts are easiest to grow in a glass dish with a removable grid. These sprouting dishes are quick and easy to use and the grid is suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. Grow your own delicious, healthy vegetable sprouts full of vitamins and minerals. Beautiful and tasty, in salads, on bread or as a garnish.

  • Stainless steel seed grid

Instructions for use:

  1. Sprinkle the seeds evenly over the grid.
  2. Fill the bowl with water up to just below the grill.
  3. Place the growing dish in a light place at room temperature (20 - 22 °C).
  4. Change the water daily if necessary.
  5. After 6 to 14 days, depending on the type of seed, you can harvest the sprouts.

The fresh, organic sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week without losing their healthy properties. This way you can easily add a fresh, healthy touch to all your dishes!
