Instructions for use:

1. Sprinkle the seeds evenly over the grid.
2. Fill the bowl with water up to just below the grill.
3. Place the growing dish in a light place at room temperature (20 - 22 °C).
4. Change the water daily if necessary.
5. After 6 to 14 days, depending on the type of seed, you can harvest the sprouts.

The fresh, organic sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week without losing their healthy properties. This way you can easily add a fresh, healthy touch to all your dishes!
