 kale - Casserole: macaroni with kale
 Ingredients:
-  250 grams of macaroni
-  750 grams of kale
-  2 onions
-  1 red bell pepper
-  400-500 grams of minced meat
-  2 eggs
-  dash of cream
-  1 tablespoon mustard,
-  salt and pepper

 paprika powder
-  curry powder
-  grated cheese
-  oil or butter
 Method:
-  Cook the kale until done and also the macaroni (macaroni: see packaging), add salt to taste.
- Fry the minced meat until crumbly with the mustard, salt and other herbs to taste.
-  Drain the kale and add to the mince. Stir well.
-  Drain the al dente macaroni and mix it with the minced meat and kale mixture.
-  Grease a large baking dish with oil or butter and spoon everything into it.
-  Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and a dash of cream, and divide this over the macaroni.
-  Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
