       Salsify - Gratinated with Curry
 Ingredients:
-  1 kilo salsify
-  250ml milk
-  1 sachet of curry sauce
-  4 stalks of celery leaves
-  1 outing
-  100 g coarsely grated Maaslander.
 Method:
	 - Peel the salsify under cold water. Cut them into pieces of approx. 5 cm.
-  Boil them in plenty of water with a tablespoon of milk for about 25 minutes until done.
-  Heat the grill to the highest setting. Make the curry sauce with the milk according to the instructions on the package.
- 
 Fry the onions and add them to the curry sauce and finely chop the celery on top.
-  Drain the salsify and place in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over it.
-  Sprinkle with cheese and grill until golden brown in about 5 minutes. Delicious with boiled potatoes and pork tenderloin.
