Baker's salt is a special type of table salt that is enriched with iodide, with an addition of 54 to 65 mg of iodide per kilogram of salt. This addition is intended to reduce the risk of iodine deficiency, which can cause serious long-term health problems, such as thyroid disorders.

Baker's salt, anti-caking agent (E535). This product is manufactured in a facility that also processes gluten-containing grains, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
