The use of enzymes
There are the wildest stories about enzymes. That is why we want to list a few things here. Unless otherwise stated, the stated doses are at room temperature (20°C) and with a contact time of 1 to 2 hours. Every 7° reduction in temperature can be compensated by doubling the dose. Every halving of the desired contact time can also be compensated by doubling the dose. The order in which ingredients are administered is very important. One can strongly influence the effect of the other, also in a negative way! For example, never add bentonites when the enzymes are still active. So leave at least 12 hours between adding enzymes and adding bentonite.
