Stevenson Hydrometer (wine)
Classic hydrometer in 3 scales: density, sugar and potential alcohol content can be read directly.
Method : Take a measuring glass filled with the liquid to be measured (your juice). Let the hydrometer float in the measuring glass. Read at eye level where the hydrometer floats. You will read the result immediately.
