Harvesting and storing : Harvest by cutting above the roots. Storing can be done by digging up with the root ball and storing in the ground. Make a groove in the ground, place the celery with root ball in the groove and cover with straw. Place a glass window or reed mat on top. Make sure there is good ventilation.
