  • Sowing distance bush beans: 5 cm between plants, 35 cm between rows
  • Sowing distance for pole beans: 5-10 cm between plants, 10 cm around each stake; stakes 50 cm apart in the row and 70 cm across from each other
  • Germination: 16 °C, 6-12 days
  • Planting distance bush beans: 20 cm between plants, 45 cm between rows
  • Planting distance for pole beans: 10 cm in a circle around each pole; poles 50 cm apart in the row and 70 cm opposite each other
  • Plant out as: two true leaves (sowing in situ gives better results)
  • Growth cycle: 115 days
