With this Thermometer/Timer you get a versatile device in your home that can be used as both a thermometer and a timer. This handy kitchen aid accurately measures temperatures from -50°C to 300°C and comes with a battery, so you can get started right away. Don't forget to remove the plastic from the battery before you start.

Applications:

• Measure core temperature of bread, meat, etc.

Please note: This thermometer is not suitable for boiling liquids (e.g. sugar) due to the non-water vapour-tight housing and the unsuitability of the probe for liquids.

Using the Digital Thermometer:

Timer:

1. Set the device to 'timer'.
2. Set the desired time with the MIN and SEC buttons.
3. Start or stop the timer with the S/S button. When the set time is reached, the timer will beep.
4. Reset the timer by holding the MIN and SEC buttons simultaneously.

Measuring temperature:

1. Set the appliance to 'cook'.
2. Connect the heat resistant wire (up to 300°C) to the thermometer.
3. The temperature is shown on the display.
4. Set the desired temperature using the △ (up) and ▽ (down) buttons.
5. Place the thermometer in the object to be measured. The current and desired temperatures are shown on the display. The thermometer beeps when the desired temperature is reached.
